Garden Harvest gives economically disadvantaged youth education & training in the highly marketable skills of carpentry, masonry, welding, and organic farming.  Also,  when needed, Garden Harvest helps them obtain their GED and driver's license. Our aim is to give everyone the skills & education they need to be be self-supporting and lead productive, fulfilling lives.

To provide the highest caliber training, Garden Harvest needs instructors skilled in one of these trades. 
  • Carpenters will be teaching the arts of putting up fence, of constructing sheds & pole barns from the ground up, making repairs, roofing,, etc.
  • Masonry instructors will teaching the arts of block laying and brick laying;
  • Welders will teaching MIG, TIG, High Arc welding, and stick welding;
  • Organic Farmers will teach all aspects of organic farming, including the operation of farm equipment.
